Ingredients
  
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
 
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C), then line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl and toss them with olive oil, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and mustard powder.
  • Pour the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast them for 40-45 minutes, shaking them halfway through.
