Ingredients
  
  • 1 pound golden potatoes, washed, and cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 white onion, cut into ½-inch pieces
Instructions
 
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Then, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350℉ (176℃). Then, add the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook them for 10 minutes.
  • Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes, shaking them halfway through.

  • Cut the potatoes, onions, and bell peppers (if you use them) the same size to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Air fryers vary in power and heat distribution, so so adjust the cooking time accordingly.
