  • cup milk
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or fresh
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries or fresh
  • ice, optional
Instructions
 
  • Place all the ingredients in a small blender or blender.
  • Process on high until smooth and creamy.
    Tip: Add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie, and add ice to give the smoothie a thicker, more creamy texture. 
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses, and enjoy!
