Easy S’mores PieMade with only four ingredients, our easy s’mores pie is the best way to enjoy the gooey goodness of the tasty treat all year-round, no campfire needed. Use up the last of Summer’s s’more ingredients or indulge in the yummy treat when you don’t have access to a fire pit. It’s messy, but oh so good!

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

  • Graham Crackers: We make a Graham cracker crust from scratch by processing graham cracker crumbs and baking them with melted butter; this is a great way to use those end-of-summer graham crackers. Cut the prep time by purchasing a store-bought graham cracker crust.
  • Chocolate: Use whatever chocolate you prefer; we usually make it with Hershey’s, but we’ve also tried Reese’s. It was incredible!
  • Marshmallows: Again, use what is in your pantry, but I love how this pie turns out using the large square marshmallows made for s’mores.

HOW TO MAKE OUR EASY SMORES PIE

Stir melted butter into the graham cracker crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 325° F | 162° C. Then, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Press the graham cracker into a pie pan.

Press the mixture into a prepared pie dish using the back of a measuring cup or spoon and bake for 10 minutes.

Add chocolate to the graham cracker crust.

Allow the crust to cool, and line Hersey’s bars onto the pie crust in 1-2 layers depending on how chocolatey you want it to be.

A layer of marshmallows added to the pie.

Layer the marshmallows over the chocolate; you can also place Hershey’s pieces in between the marshmallows if you would like.

Place the pie in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.

COOKING TIPS

  • Arrange the oven rack to the lower or middle position.
  • You may want to broil the pie to speed up the process but don’t. It will catch fire. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. I make mistakes, so you don’t have to.
